Ingredients
For the dough:
500 gr bread flour
200 ml lukewarm whole milk
90 gr sugar
70 gr butter, soften
8 gr dry yeast
5 gr salt
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
For the filling:
100 gr butter, soften
8 tbsp orange marmalade
For the orange marmalade:
200 gr sugar
3 cara cara oranges
1 lemon, juice
For the frosting:
220 gr powdered sugar
113 gr butter, soften
3 tbsp orange marmalade
