No a fennel fan, does the licorice flavor really come through? Or is a slight undertone?

Oooh…do you put in parsley for cooking flavor or season a bit at the end like dill? (Parsley is listed in ingredients but not in recipe steps !) 😬🤓 thanks!

Mmmm, chx soup, so comforting...sense memory for holidays, the best when you're sick. Everyone has a different, however mostly the same recipe. This one sounds great. However, this one makes a great stock, but I argue your meat chicken meat way too done. I would boil another chicken for 20-30 min and rest to cool and use that for the meat...again, great recipe for the stock.
