You know already that pita is my favorite bread, this is just another type of pita. Made with a little bit of olive oil in the dough, grilled, and not attempting to create a pocket. This pita we stuff on top like a taco. Ohhh YASSS.

Do you not need to roll them first with the rolling pin before baking in the pan? Maybe I missed something.

Nice easy recipe that makes great pitas! Great with labne and honey, baba ghanoush or stew.
