My Ultimate Energy Bar

Did you know how effortless it is to whip up your very own energy bar? Not only does it save you money, but the flavor possibilities are endless! My personal favorite blend includes dates, honey, spices, and a generous amount of pistachios. The harmony of these ingredients creates an irresistibly delicious treat, especially when coated in ground pistachios before slicing. In Israel, we have a tradition of snacking on nuts and seeds while watching sports matches, which we fondly refer to as "Pitzuhim" – a name I also love for this snack. Give it a try, and don't hesitate to customize with your preferred nuts. Make it unique, make it yours!
