Ingredients

1 box of pasta

13 ½ olives

11 pickled sweet chilis

4 radishes

1 pickled lemon

½ bunch of cilantro

½ bunch of mint

200 gr feta cheese

Extra virgin olive oil

Red wine vinegar

Salt

Black pepper

Sumac

Directions

Step 1

First boil the pasta according to the manufacturer instructions on the box. Cook it al dente.

Step 2

Transfer the pasta into an ice bath to stop the cooking.

Step 3

Smash all the olives with a knife.

13 ½ olives

Step 4

Slice radishes as thin as possible, you can use a mandoline slicer (pleasssseeeee BE CAREFUL not to cut yourself).

Step 5

Chop cilantro and mint as thin as possible.

½ bunch of cilantro

½ bunch of mint

Step 6

Cut the pickled lemon into small pieces.

Step 7

In a bowl, combine the pasta with all the rest of the ingredients besides the feta and give a good toss.

Step 8

Plate the salad, then crumble the feta on top.
